Eye Colorizing

“Translated” to Paint Shop Pro 7 from this site.

1. Open your picture. This is the one I’m using, and you’re welcome to use it, too.

2. Add a new layer, and pick a foreground color. I’ll use #C000C0 for the example. Use your Paint Brush tool and set it to these settings:

3. Start painting on your new layer, until the eye color is cloudy.

4. Now grab your Retouch tool, and set it to this:

5. Start painting the color layer, adding highlights to it, mostly in the center. Work from the center outwards.

6. Keep adding highlights until it’s where you like it. Scroll out every so often to see how it’s coming along. Maybe add another color layer, using the same steps. Here’s what I ended up with:
